How Do We Use The Membership Card?
Your membership card is a Savings and Cash Rebate card. Every time you patronize one of our featured businesses you will receive an instant cash rebate that will be available the next time you go to another location. example: You and your partner go to an SRX restaurant for dinner. You'll most likely see an SRX Logo decal on the door usually where you would see the Visa/Mastercard Decals. After you enjoy your meals and pay your bill you will hand the server your membership card. They will swipe it through their terminal and you will receive your cash rebate. This rebate will be available for purchases usually 30 minutes later.

How do we redeem our earned cash rebates?
After earning rebates through the use of your card at any of our featured businesses you will be able to present your SRX card for payment. All funds that are earned are cash that can only be redeemed in this way(in the network).

How Long does our membership last?
Your membership is good for one year from purchase. If your are a Pleasant Holidays/ ADC Platinum member you receive all of the benefits through December 31, 2008.

How Do We Know When New Restaurants Have Been Added?
The SRX Card Network is constantly getting new feature businesses to participate. Go to ADCplatinum.com and see all of the current featured businesses in the network.

Can we use our card on the mainland?
We are starting to expand the network to Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Fransisco. Keep checking our website to see all of the new additions as they join.

Can we use our card to purchase items over the web?
The ADCPlatinum.com website will be able to accept SRX card payments for goods and services from our featured businesses in the near future(November 2007). Keep returning to see the updated features of this website.

Machine Reads "Card does not belong to this program"
Featured Business: If you read that "Card does not belong to this program" after swiping the card, That means that you are trying to load a card with cash. Do Not Try to give a REBATE by pressing the ADD Button. REBATES are given by pressing the REBATE BUTTON. Additionally, If someone wishes to pay and to receive the rebate, press the SALE Button and enter the Total Purchase amount when prompted and then the Qualified amount available for the rebate(excludes tax, tip, and alcohol).

How Do We Protect The Cash that Has Been Earned On The Card?
Register Your Card by either going to the ADCPlatinumCash.com website, Calling the 800 Number... (800) 733-2021. A few questions will be asked and if you ever lose or damage your card call us and we will place a hold on the card and have another membership card sent to you.
